M Narayan
M. Narayan (Narayanappa Muniyappa), a versatile artist celebrated both nationally and internationally, was born in 1967 in the small village of Mittiganahalli, Karnataka. Educated at Bangalore’s Ken School of Art, he now lives with his family in Pune, Maharashtra. Narayan employs vibrant colors to convey emotions, celebrations, and the joy of movement. His famous polo paintings, which capture the dynamic interplay of speed and strength between man and nature, have been showcased globally in prestigious venues, art galleries, luxury hotels, and more. Discovered by G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant, Narayan creates worlds with acrylics and expressive charcoals. Growing up amidst the essence of rural life, he draws inspiration from his experiences and observations, allowing the rich landscapes of his youth to influence his artistic vision.
